Time formatting improvements

The following has changed: 

1. Added Format Value As settings to Listen To Events button. All available _f timestamps can now be displayed as rounded seconds or seconds with 3 decimal places.  I.e. 10:03:15 or <code>10:03:14.865. 

2. Added run.delta_f and split.deltaToPredicted_f to pull values as requested. 

3. Fixed rounding if Format Value As is set to rounded seconds. Originally it would just cut off the decimal place, now it correctly rounds the seconds. 

How to update the extension: 

1. Download the updated sef file. 

2. In SAMMI install the extension and replace it. You can press no when it asks you to replace the deck.
